You’ll pay just the $297 non-refundable application fee upfront, and can then spread out the remaining investment over six months. You’ll submit two case studies with proposed treatment plans from your practice for review, demonstrating your learning and application of the course concepts. 3. Upon Certification, you’ll submit your practice information for inclusion in our Certified Providers Directory. Submit your headshot, credentials, practice description, and contact information so that referring providers and patients can easily find you. 4. You’ll receive a professional certificate to display in your office, and a Certified Practitioner badge to display on your website and promotional materials. Clearly communicate your advanced training to establish credibility while you expand your practice. 5. Continue to participate on the Live Grand Rounds Calls for continuing education and live mentoring on your most complex cases as your practice expands.
